Through coordination with Silver Creek the connection design calculations that are generated as part of the detailing process are reviewed for compliance with the design criteria as specified in the structural design drawings and the steel construction manual. As necessary, Silver Creek will prepare supplemental connection calculations to be included in the calculations book for submittal to the Engineer-of-Record along with a sealed letter stating their findings.
Additional services available from Silver Creek Engineering in coordination with Prism Steel Detailing include:
- Design of metal stairs, including stringers, treads, handrails, and connections.
- Production of field repair details.
- Modifying or redesigning details dues to architect or owner directed changes.
